Dimplex Stockbridge Optimyst (SKG20) is a freestanding electric steam fireplace, designed in the classic style of a wood-burning stove. Thanks to its freestanding design, it requires no installation: simply unpack it, connect it to the mains and fill the water tank with tap water. After these simple steps, the fireplace is ready to use.

The electric fireplace is completely portable, so it can easily be moved to any location or, for example, taken to a country house when needed.

The decorative logs are made of composite material and feature a detailed texture that reproduces the appearance of burnt logs. When the flame effect is activated, the logs are illuminated from below by LED lighting, creating a glowing ember effect. The combination of realistic logs, ember lighting and the three-dimensional Opti-Myst flame effect creates an appearance very similar to that of a genuine wood-burning fireplace.

Heating function

The Dimplex Stockbridge Optimyst (SKG20) is equipped with an integrated electric heater with a power output of up to 2 kW. It has two heating levels: 1000 W and 2000 W, allowing you to select the desired heating intensity.

The heating function operates independently of the flame effect. Therefore, the fireplace can be used solely to enjoy the visual flame effect without heating, or both functions can be activated simultaneously.

Thermostat for temperature control

The Dimplex Stockbridge Optimyst (SKG20) is equipped with a thermostat that allows you to regulate the heating temperature. The thermostat is located on the control panel on the fireplace body and allows you to set the desired room temperature.

Once the selected temperature is reached, the heater switches off automatically and switches back on when the temperature drops. This helps maintain a comfortable room temperature and reduce electricity consumption by preventing the heater from operating continuously.

Flame intensity adjustment
