This model belongs to the Retail version, which means that the electric fireplace is not connected to the water supply and is filled manually. Unlike the Pro version, this modification includes water tanks into which water is poured for the operation of the fireplace.

The Cassette 1000R RGB Multi is equipped with a flame color selection function, smartphone control, flame intensity adjustment, and a realistic crackling log sound effect.

The Dimplex Cassette 1000 fireplace allows the flame intensity to be adjusted according to the user’s preferences, adapting the visual effect to different environments and moments. This function makes it easy to create a soft and discreet atmosphere or a more expressive one, while always maintaining a natural flame appearance.

Control of the Dimplex Cassette 1000R RGB Multi Opti-Myst

The Dimplex Cassette 1000 Multicolor electric fireplace is supplied with two control units: a wireless Bluetooth remote control and a wired control unit.

The wired control unit can be installed either inside the fireplace or placed outside, near the unit. It is important to note that the wired control unit also acts as a Bluetooth receiver for the wireless remote control and therefore must always be connected to the fireplace.

In addition, the fireplace features an integrated control panel on the unit’s body, allowing basic settings to be adjusted.

A distinctive feature of the Cassette 1000R RGB Multi Opti-Myst, compared to the monochrome Cassette 1000R Opti-Myst model, is the ability to control the fireplace remotely via smartphone. To do this, the Flame Connect application must be installed.

Electric water vapor fireplaces, unlike bioethanol fireplaces and traditional wood-burning fireplaces, are completely fire-safe and do not heat up when operating solely in flame visualization mode. For this reason, there are no restrictions regarding the material of the installation niche.

The Dimplex Cassette 1000R RGB Multi Opti-Myst can be installed in a niche, in furniture, in a decorative structure, or other interior elements. The fireplace rests on height-adjustable feet, which makes proper leveling during installation easier. The weight of the unit without water is 18 kg.

During installation, it is essential to provide a minimum distance of 40 cm between the fireplace and any element located above it (shelves, televisions, or other obstacles) in order to prevent condensation. Likewise, the niche in which the fireplace is installed must allow free air circulation. During flame visualization, the fireplace draws air from inside the niche and releases it into the room.
