Dimplex Cassette 400 LED Opti-Myst is a cassette-type water vapor electric fireplace with a width of 40 cm, designed for built-in installation in niches or furniture. Its minimalist design fits perfectly into modern interiors.

On the top there is a metal plate on which decorative elements, such as crystals, can be placed. However, it is important to note that access for water refilling and maintenance of the unit is carried out from the top. The plate is not fixed: to remove it, simply lift it upward.

The electric fireplace requires regular water for operation. Depending on the quality of the water, maintenance may be required approximately 1–2 times per month. Maintenance is very simple.

The fireplace includes a small brush used to clean limescale deposits inside the unit and on the vaporizer. The better the quality and purity of the water used, the less frequently cleaning will be required.

It should be noted that the use of distilled water is not recommended.

During installation, it is necessary to ensure a minimum distance of 40 cm between the fireplace and any elements located above it (shelves, televisions, or other obstacles) in order to avoid condensation. In addition, the niche where the fireplace is installed must allow free air circulation. During flame visualization, the fireplace takes air from inside the niche and releases it into the room together with the vapor.
