The flame visualization in Ignite Bold electric fireplaces is created thanks to Dimplex’s patented Optiflame™ technology. A distinctive feature of this technology is that the back wall of the fireplace is mirrored and has a special coating, reflecting decorative elements, logs, and crystals, which visually increases the depth of the fireplace. The flame, projected onto the back wall, appears integrated among the decorative elements.

The construction of the Dimplex Ignite Bold allows the electric fireplace to be installed with a three-sided, two-sided (corner), or front view. This is possible thanks to the fireplace’s side glass panels. In the case of a two-sided or front installation, the product includes metal plates that can be placed instead of the glass panels.

The Dimplex Ignite Bold 60 BXLF1500 electric fireplace comes with decorative elements that can be placed inside according to your preference and taste. The set includes crystals in two colors and handmade ceramic logs with detailed texture. Additionally, you can add your own decorative elements, as the electric fireplace does not heat up during operation, allowing safe use of these items, including natural wood.

Functions of the Dimplex Ignite Bold 60 BXLF1500 Electric Fireplace

Adjustable heating from 0.9–1.8 kW with integrated thermostat

The electric fireplace is equipped with a heating function that can be activated according to your needs. The temperature can be adjusted from 7 °C to 30 °C and there are four operating modes:

• Normal: automatic power regulation to maintain the set temperature.
• Heat Boost: intensive heating at maximum power for 20 minutes, then automatically switches to Normal mode.
• Eco: energy-saving mode with reduced power for minimal energy consumption.
• Fan: fan-only mode without heating, ideal for ventilating the room.

If desired, it is possible to lock the heating function. Detailed instructions for locking can be found in the user manual.

WiFi Electric Fireplace

Thanks to the integrated Wi-Fi module, the electric fireplace can be controlled from a smartphone or tablet using a special mobile app. Remote control is also possible, for example, you can turn on the heating before arriving home. Notably, with a smartphone you can adjust nearly any shade of the flame and the lighting of the decorative elements. Unlike the remote control, which offers 7 flame colors and 8 lighting colors for decorative elements (logs and crystals), the app provides a much wider selection.

Allows you to adjust the flame intensity to create the desired ambiance.

Flame Speed Adjustment

Allows you to adjust the speed of the flame movement according to your preference.

Flame Color Selection

This feature allows you to choose one of 7 colors when using the remote control. When using a smartphone, nearly any flame color is available.

There are 8 standard lighting colors for decorative elements (logs and crystals) when using the remote control. Using a smartphone allows you to select almost any lighting color.

Sleep Timer

You can set the automatic shutdown of the device from 0.5 to 8 hours, in 0.5-hour increments.

Ambient Light Sensor

When this feature is activated, the electric fireplace automatically adjusts the brightness of the flame according to the ambient lighting, ensuring a natural flame appearance in any lighting condition.

Energy Consumption

In flame-only mode, the Dimplex Ignite Bold 60 consumes only 0.065 kWh. This means that to consume 1 kWh of energy, the fireplace must run continuously for approximately 15 hours.
