Warranty Conditions

The warranty is valid for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase and covers possible hidden defects in construction or materials, as well as hidden damage in electronic components detected during proper use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use by the user.

The warranty is offered on the condition that the user follows all assembly and operating instructions specified in the user manual included with each product. The manufacturer does not consider damage resulting from improper use of the product. The warranty does not apply to accessories supplied with the product. Any attempt to repair the product or remove the seal on your own will void the warranty. All repairs must be carried out at the manufacturer’s premises (unless the manufacturer has agreed to perform the repairs locally).

The warranty does not cover alterations or discolorations resulting from normal use. The basis for a claim is the submission of a completed warranty form along with a receipt/invoice. The warranty does not cover accidental events beyond the operating conditions (floods, fires, etc.). The original packaging must be kept. If a claim is submitted and the product is shipped, it must be protected against possible damage. The product must be packed in its original packaging (as purchased) and sent to the manufacturer (address below) at the manufacturer’s expense:

If the claim is not accepted, the Buyer will bear the costs of repair and transportation. The Buyer is responsible for safeguarding the Product from any damage during its transport to the Manufacturer’s premises. The Manufacturer will respond in writing to the Buyer within 30 days following the submission of the claim by the Buyer. The Manufacturer does not guarantee a replacement of the Product during the repair period. The warranty is offered on the condition that the Buyer carefully reads the attached manual and complies with all assembly and operating instructions specified therein.
