Dimplex 3 Step Multi Optimyst is a water vapor electric fireplace with heating and a three-sided flame view. Unlike most open-hearth water vapor electric fireplaces, this model features a closed firebox with glass on all three sides. This solution allows the fireplace to be integrated into interior design projects where a closed glass structure is required.

The orange color is the ideal option for creating a traditional and as realistic as possible effect of a real fire. Cool blue and green tones allow you to experiment with the design and create different atmospheres, while the Prism mode automatically and gradually changes between different colors, creating a dynamic and multicolor flame effect.

Flame intensity adjustment function

Adjust the movement and intensity of the flame thanks to this function. It features 6 adjustment levels that allow you to choose the desired effect: from a soft and relaxing flame with slower movement to a more intense, high and dynamic flame to create a much more realistic live flame effect.

Flame brightness adjustment function

Adjust the flame brightness according to the room lighting and the desired visual effect. It features 6 brightness adjustment levels, allowing you to make the flame more intense and visible during the day with higher brightness or create a softer and more cozy glow in low-light environments.

Crackling wood sound function

To create a more realistic atmosphere, you can activate the crackling wood sound, which complements the flame effect and enhances the feeling of being in front of an authentic wood-burning fireplace. The sound effect can be activated according to your preferences and the volume level can be adjusted to suit the desired atmosphere.

After adjusting the flame and sound parameters, the fireplace saves the selected settings even after being switched off and automatically restores them when switched on again.

Programmable weekly timer

The programmable weekly timer function allows you to configure the automatic switching on and off of the fireplace according to your daily routine. You can set a personalized operating schedule for each day of the week.

Heating function

The integrated heating system allows you to quickly create a comfortable temperature in the room. The fireplace is equipped with a heating element with a power output of up to 1.26 kW and maintains the selected temperature thanks to the built-in thermostat.

The user can adjust the desired room temperature (up to 30 °C) and select the appropriate heating power level. The heating function operates independently from the flame effect, allowing you to enjoy a realistic fire even without activating the heating.

Adaptive Start calculates the optimal time to switch on the heating automatically. The integrated system analyzes the heating speed of the room and activates operation in advance to reach the selected temperature at the scheduled time. During warmer periods, the fireplace will operate for a shorter time, while in colder periods it will switch on earlier to ensure maximum comfort.

The Adaptive Start function is activated automatically when using the programmable weekly timer mode.

Frost Protect prevents excessive cooling of the room. If the room temperature drops below 7 °C, the fireplace automatically activates the heating to maintain a minimum temperature and protect the room from cold.

Control of the electric fireplace from a smartphone

The fireplace is compatible with the Flame Connect mobile application, available for smartphones and tablets. The application can be downloaded free of charge from Google Play or the Apple App Store.

To ensure correct operation, it is essential to provide free ventilation both at the bottom and at the top of the fireplace. The ventilation grilles must not be obstructed, as air circulation is essential for the proper operation of the Optimyst flame effect and the heating system.

The electrical connection is made to a 230–240 V power supply. It is recommended to install a power socket at a maximum distance of 1 meter from the fireplace, while keeping free access to the plug.
