This model belongs to the Project version, which means the electric fireplace connects to the water supply and refills automatically. Unlike the Retail version, this modification includes an automatic water filling system, and the Cassette 500 Pro does not come with manual filling tanks. The Dimplex Cassette 500 Pro RGB is ideal for commercial installations, where the electric fireplace needs to operate all day and monitoring water levels manually is impractical.

The Cassette 500 Pro RGB Multi is equipped with flame color selection, smartphone control, adjustable flame intensity, and a crackling wood sound effect.

The Dimplex Cassette 500 Pro Multicolor water vapor fireplace comes with two control options: a wireless Bluetooth remote and a wired remote.

The wired remote can be installed either inside the fireplace or placed outside near it. It is important to note that the wired remote also acts as the Bluetooth receiver for the wireless remote, so it must always remain connected to the fireplace.

Additionally, the fireplace includes an integrated control panel on the unit itself, allowing basic adjustments to be made directly.

A distinctive feature of the Cassette 500 Pro RGB Multi Opti-Myst, compared to the monochromatic model Cassette 500 Pro Opti-Myst, is the ability to control it remotely via smartphone. To do this, it is necessary to download the Flame Connect app.

Water vapor electric fireplaces, unlike bioethanol fireplaces or traditional wood fireplaces, are completely fire-safe and do not heat up when operating in flame display mode only. Therefore, there are no restrictions on the material of the installation niche.

The Dimplex Cassette 500 PRO RGB Multi Opti-Myst can be installed in a niche, furniture unit, decorative structure, or other interior elements. The fireplace rests on height-adjustable feet, which facilitates proper leveling during installation. The unit’s weight without water is 8 kg.

For connection to the water supply, it is necessary to plan the piping to the fireplace in advance. The connection is made during the appliance installation and is detailed in the user manual.

During installation, it is essential to maintain a minimum distance of 40 cm between the fireplace and any element above it (shelves, TVs, or other obstacles) to avoid condensation formation. Additionally, the niche where the fireplace is installed must allow free air circulation. During flame display, the fireplace draws air from inside the niche and expels it into the room.
