Unlike the Retail version, this modification includes an automatic water filling system, and the Cassette 1000 Pro does not come with manual filling tanks. The Dimplex Cassette 1000 Pro RGB is ideal for commercial installations, where the electric fireplace needs to operate all day and monitoring the water level in the tanks is difficult.

The Cassette 1000 Pro RGB Multi is equipped with a flame color selection function, smartphone control, flame intensity adjustment, and a crackling wood sound effect.

The wired remote can be installed inside the fireplace or placed outside, nearby. It is important to note that the wired remote also acts as the Bluetooth receiver for the wireless remote, so it must always remain connected to the fireplace.

Additionally, the fireplace includes a control panel integrated into the body of the unit, which allows for basic adjustments.

Water vapor electric fireplaces, unlike bioethanol fireplaces and traditional wood fireplaces, are completely fire-safe and do not heat up when operating only in flame display mode. Therefore, there are no restrictions regarding the installation niche material.

The Dimplex Cassette 1000 PRO RGB Multi Opti-Myst can be installed in a niche, furniture, decorative structure, or other interior elements. The fireplace rests on height-adjustable feet, which facilitates proper leveling during installation. The weight of the unit without water is 18 kg.

For connection to the water supply, it is necessary to plan the installation of pipes to the fireplace in advance. The connection is made during the installation of the appliance and is detailed in the instruction manual.

During installation, it is essential to maintain a minimum distance of 40 cm between the fireplace and any element above it (shelves, TVs, or other obstacles) to prevent condensation. In addition, the niche where the fireplace is installed must allow free air circulation. During flame display, the fireplace draws air from inside the niche and expels it into the room.
